Yonghwi received his Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from Caltech in June 2021. His doctoral research focus was on exploring tunable nanophotonic devices based on a phase transition material. His research was supported by Kwanjeong Educational Foundation Fellowship. He is currently a Postdoctoral Fellow at NTT Research, Inc.
