Pankaj Jha joined Atwater Group in October 2017. His research interests lie at the interface of quantum physics, applied optics, and materials science to understand and harness light-matter interactions at the atomic-scale. Of paramount importance is to make use of quantum nature of light and develop devices that will deliver quantum-enhanced performances for energy, health, and defense applications.
