The Atwater research group is
engaged in interdisciplinary materials and device research,
spanning photonics and electronics and with applications in
Si-based photonics, plasmonics, renewable energy and mechanically
active thin film devices. Current Research Areas

Archive of
Previous Atwater Group Research 
Device materials research is interdisciplinary, involving
challenges in applied physics, physics, materials science,
chemistry, electrical and chemical engineering. The members
of the Atwater group includes graduate students, research
fellows and undergraduates from each of these departments.
We also maintain comprehensive experimental facilities for
growth, fabrication and analysis. |
